Hello everyone❤️ I hope you are all doing okay🤗 On Saturday evening I made some kinder cookie dough bars and posted them on my social media. I received a lot of messages about them so I thought I would post the recipe for you all and list what you will need if you would like to make them😁 The picture I took that is attached to this post was before I put the mixture into the oven🙈

Ingredients you will need and measurements for the mixture:

- 200g of butter

- 150g of light brown sugar

- 75g of granulated sugar

- 2 large eggs

- 280g of plain flour

- 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence

- 1 teaspoon of bicarbonate soda

- 1 teaspoon of salt

- 180g of kinder pieces (not the wafer bars, the plain chocolate bars in the picture)

- 180g of white chocolate chips or white chocolate buttons

- 50g of white chocolate chips or white chocolate buttons and 50g of kinder pieces to decorate (not the wafer bars the plain chocolate bars)

* Side note: I used normal wafer kinder bueno white bars also and I felt like the kinder cookie dough bars could have done without them as I wasn't a fan of the wafer texture once they were cooked. Due to this, I would advise to leave out the normal kinder bueno bars and to stick with the kinder chocolate pieces without the wafer😁

Utensils you will need:

- A weighing scales

- An electric mixer (if you don't have an electric mixer you can use a whisk)

- A square baking tin

- Greaseproof paper to line the baking tin

- A jug to whisk the eggs and a fork in order to do this

- A bowl to mix the ingredients in

- A wooden spoon to mix

- A teaspoon for measurements.

Method for baking:

- Preheat your oven to 160°

- Line your baking tin with greaseproof paper. It is sometimes easier to spread a little bit of butter on the inside of the tin so that the greaseproof paper sticks well

- Add the butter, light brown sugar and granulated sugar to the mixing bowl and use the electric mixer or whisk to mix them all together

- Add eggs to a jug and whisk them together. Add the whisked eggs to the mixing bowl and your teaspoon of vanilla essence. Mix all together with a wooden spoon (not the electric mixer)

- Once the mixture is well mixed, add the plain flour to the mixing bowl along with the teaspoon of bicarbonate soda and the teaspoon of salt. Mix well

- Add the 180g of kinder pieces and the 180g of white chocolate chips or white chocolate buttons to the mixing bowl and mix again with the wooden spoon

- Put the mixture into the baking tin and spread evenly. Add your 50g of kinder pieces and 50g of white chocolate chips or white chocolate buttons to the top of the mixture to decorate.

- Place the mixture into the oven for 25 minutes. Take the mixture out after 25 minutes and leave it to cool.

- Once cooled, cut up the kinder cookie dough bars and enjoy😍

These kinder cookie dough bars were so fun to make😁 My older sister Gemma, my little sister Ceara and my nephews Calum and Jamie tried these too and loved them also🙈 If you are going to make these I would love to see the pictures once they are done, you can send them to me on my Instagram account which is attached to the top of my blog page😁

I love baking and cooking but with working full time, college work and a few other things I'm working on which hopefully I can tell you all about soon👀 I don't have as much time to bake and cook as I would like to😔 I am finishing up college on the 30th of April so hopefully coming into the summer, I will have more time and I can put up some more baking and cooking recipes for you all😁 In the meantime, I hope you enjoy this recipe❤️

Until next time❤️

Much Love Always,

Shannon💛
